Thanks again for all the work you put in on the sale of the house...couldn't have gone smoother. What I really liked about the entire process was your willingness up front to put pen to paper stating if we were dissatisfied with your performance, you'd cancel the broker's agreement and we would then be free to choose another broker to handle the sale. This showed me you stand by your work--and the results proved it. Also, having an empty house, your free house staging was the clincher. I was looking for someone who would take this on as a 'turnkey' project, meaning I sign the agreement, give you the key, cut the checks for the contractors/workmen to perform any repairs--and that would be the extent of my involvement. You handled that beautifully, keeping me informed every step of the way.
